Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TurfTime (the "Service"), software for lawn care and landscaping businesses. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use TurfTime

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@turftime.org if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you and your team enter.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

TurfTime is offered on a subscription basis. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan (currently Solo or Crew), billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

4. Your customers' data

TurfTime lets you store information about your own customers, properties, jobs, and invoices ("Your Data"). As between you and TurfTime, Your Data belongs to you. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store it and for using it lawfully. TurfTime processes Your Data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payments to you

If you enable online payments, your customers pay you through Stripe. Those payments, and any related disputes, refunds, or chargebacks, are governed by your agreement with Stripe. TurfTime is not a party to transactions between you and your customers and is not responsible for them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including by breaking the law, infringing others' rights, uploading harmful code, attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or overloading or disrupting the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep TurfTime available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. We may update these Terms; if we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurfTime and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Your Data after a reasonable period, so keep your own backups of anything important.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
